It all began over 40 years ago, when gemologist and geologist Dr. Fabio Tadeu Lazzerini was researching the origins of gemstones and their value in fine jewelry. He was struck by a thought: "Why couldn't raw or natural, uncut gems be just as precious as faceted ones?"
Over time, knowledge and physical specimens—crystals and gems—were gathered, resulting in an extensive inventory of information and mineral samples.
More recently, artisan Angela Aparecida Lazzerini (Fabio’s wife) decided to put these concepts into practice by creating handcrafted pendants using wire-wrapping techniques (encasing crystals in metal wire). She quickly refined her techniques and embraced modern jewelry designs. She also drew upon Fabio’s vast crystal collection and utilized options for plating metals in 18k gold, silver, and white rhodium, all while seeking to highlight each stone's unique natural characteristics.
