### 1. Returns due to change of mind
For online purchases, you may request a return of the product within **7 (seven) calendar days of receipt**, with no justification required.
The total amount paid, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
We kindly ask that the item be returned—whenever possible—along with its original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation. Please ensure the item is adequately protected for transit.
### 2. Exchanges and warranty for defects
Our *Geojoias* (gemstone jewelry) come with a statutory warranty of **90 (ninety) days** covering manufacturing or quality defects, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
Should you encounter any issues, please contact us. The piece will be evaluated, and a solution will be provided in line with the timeframes and rights established by law—which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, where applicable.
Damage resulting from improper use, impact, contact with chemical products, or natural wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect; this does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
### 3. Exchanges based on preference
If you wish to exchange an item for another—in the absence of any defects—please contact us within **7 (seven) calendar days of receipt**.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and an assessment of the item's condition. Any price differences or shipping costs will be communicated to you in advance. This option does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
