NATURAL PRODUCT like LAZZERINI-GEOJOIAS. Sandstone sedimentary rock, composed of quartz, feldspar, rock fragments, cement, and a silt-clay matrix. Its predominant grain size is fine to medium sand. Plane-parallel stratification is common, highlighted by alternating layers more or less rich in clay and silt, or it also shows medium to large cross-stratification of the tangential type.

.It originated from deposition in humid aeolian paleoenvironments during the late Permian and early Triassic periods: ~250 million years ago. It is located in the Paraná Volcano-Sedimentary Basin and has the geological name of Pirambóia Formation.
