EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At LAZZERINI-GEOJOIAS, every piece is unique — the result of artisanal work that combines geology, art, and the Earth’s energy. We value your complete satisfaction, and therefore, our exchange, return, and refund policy has been developed in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), ensuring transparency, respect, and safety throughout your shopping experience.
1. Right of Withdrawal
The customer may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with Article 49 of the CDC. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging, certificate, and intact tags. After evaluation and approval, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase.
2. Exchange for Manufacturing Defect
If the product presents a manufacturing defect or proven damage, the customer may request an exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving it. After technical analysis, if the defect is confirmed, the customer may choose a replacement, store credit, or refund. Damages caused by misuse, drops, contact with chemicals, or natural wear are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Handmade, Natural, and Customized Pieces
Because our jewelry is handcrafted using natural crystals and gemstones, subtle variations in color, shape, and brightness may occur. Personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
4. How to Request an Exchange or Return
Send an email to [email protected] including your full name, order number, and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 business days. Shipping costs are covered by Lazzerini-Geojoias in cases of confirmed defects.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected. Credit card refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days. PIX or bank slip payments will be refunded via bank transfer. In the case of an exchange, the customer may opt for store credit valid for up to 6 months.
6. Care and Warranty
All Geojoias come with a mineral authenticity certificate and undergo quality control. Avoid contact with seawater, perfumes, and chemical products. Warranty against manufacturing defects: 90 calendar days from the delivery date (Article 26 – CDC).
